By submitting the "Admission Protocol" form, you explicitly authorize The Firm to analyze this data for due diligence purposes.

03. THE "NO-SELL" GUARANTEE

We are a strategic advisory firm, not a data broker.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data to third parties.
Your intelligence stays within the West Divine ecosystem. We share data only with verified partners when necessary to execute a specific business mandate initiated by you (e.g., logistics coordination or legal incorporation).

04. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

The Firm operates a transatlantic infrastructure. Data collected in Europe or Asia may be transferred to and processed in the United States (Tennessee) and vice-versa.
We adhere to the highest standards of data transfer security. For EU citizens, we operate in alignment with the GDPR principles regarding international transfers, ensuring that your data travels through encrypted vectors and is handled with the same level of protection regardless of location.

05. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We utilize bank-grade encryption and siloed servers to protect the integrity of our network.
We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to:

  1. Evaluate your admission application.

  2. Maintain the ongoing business partnership.

  3. Comply with US Federal and State tax/legal obligations.
    If an admission application is rejected, sensitive financial data is purged from our active systems.

06. YOUR RIGHTS (GLOBAL STANDARD)

Regardless of your citizenship, The Firm extends the following rights to all users:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the intelligence we hold on your entity.

  • Right to Rectification: You may request corrections to outdated information.

  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your data, provided it does not conflict with our legal record-keeping obligations in the State of Tennessee.

07. GOVERNING LAW

While we respect global privacy frameworks, this Protocol shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
