CODE OF ETHICS

01. INTEGRITY OF SPEECH

We adhere to the foundational ethos of the American South and the classic Western tradition: Let your 'Yes' be 'Yes' and your 'No', 'No'.
In an industry plagued by ambiguity and fine print, we operate with absolute directness. We do not over-promise. We do not hide behind bureaucracy. If a deal cannot be done transparently, it will not be done at all.

02. GEOPOLITICAL PURITY

Our mandate is "Zero Geopolitical Risk." This is an ethical stance, not just a logistical one.
We strictly prohibit the integration of capital, labor, or raw materials from jurisdictions that oppose the G7 alliance or violate human rights. We conduct rigorous due diligence to ensure that no part of our supply chain supports regimes hostile to Western values.

03. MUTUAL ALIGNMENT

We reject the adversarial "Winner-Takes-All" model. West Divine Selection only enters into agreements where the benefit is reciprocal.
We view our clients not as sources of revenue, but as partners in a shared ecosystem. We reinvest a portion of our success back into the growth of our partners because we believe that shared wealth is the only sustainable wealth.

04. DATA SOVEREIGNTY

In the age of information warfare, protecting our partners' industrial secrets is paramount. We treat intellectual property with the same reverence as physical capital. Information shared within the Alliance stays within the Alliance.

05. THE LONG VIEW

We resist the tyranny of quarterly results. We build relationships designed to span decades, not fiscal years. We prioritize stability, reputation, and legacy over short-term speculative gains.

This Code of Ethics is binding for all WDS employees, partners, and affiliates.
